"Beautiful ocean view and a very clean, spacious room. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great with plenty of options and a nice variety each day. The only downside was that the elevators were pretty slow, which could be a bit frustrating at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The hotel is also very dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us. We would definitely stay here again."

"The Hotel is not a Resort by any means It is a party Hotel with few amenities . Mistakes on Booking when we spoke to the Hotel Twice the week we were flying. front desk confirmed our room and all was well 2 Queen Beds with a suite with an Ocean Front and Patio. Desk didn't Have the correct room. They gave us a Juliet Balcony with no patio at all and a limited Ocean. The Assistant General Manager Brittany was very helpful and professional and helped us get us to get a nice room but no Patio We Moved to different room twice and we still did not get the Oceanfront porch with chairs that were promised. Expedia was in charge as we got the reservation from Experian We will never use a third party again, so book directly with the Hotel. The Restaurant was something like McDonalds. The Bar skimpy drinks and Dark room. The pool was great and the beach was nice. So many issues . Give it a 4/10 Do your homework!"

"this property is currently under a major reno/contruction. it was not mentioned on hotel website or hotels.com that i saw, but maybe i missed it, so dont go by the pictures. that said, think when done it will be nice hotel. is older, rooms ok, need better lighting, nice shower soaps. great location, for us anyway. on the river, riverwalk. nice area, walkable. bar and restaurant onsite are in a temp status but was fine, staff was great. booked the breakfast for 2 $10 at time of booking great deal, cooked to order off menu. would stay here again, after the reno"

"we reserved a suite at the comfort suites and when we arrived and checked in Chloe was the best. She asked if we wanted to be on the second floor or first floor. We chose the first floor and so glad we did. The room was right behind the front desk, and it was very quiet, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was typical, eggs, sausage, toast, blueberry muffins, yogurt, cereal and juice apple and orange. The staff was very helpful and very pleasant to talk to. The air conditioning in the rooms worked very well. The room has a large flat screen tv., a little fridge and microwave. There was plenty of parking and many restaurants close to the hotel. We stayed in Jacksonville, Florida. When we go back to visit, we plan on staying at the same hotel and hopefully be able to reserve the same room. Chloe gave us a card and said just call and request that room and they will reserve it for us. They pride themselves on keeping the hotel and rooms very clean. All rooms are nonsmoking which made it nice."
