"Stay OK, I usually stay here, more out of habit now (better the devil you know)... but a few tips. 1. room position is important. No aircond, so May to Septmeber can be hot. Make sure you're on the East carpark side, other side is much hotter. Also, make sure you're away from the lifts (noisy talking lifts, noisy people... the further you are south the less people walk by shouting, and bratty children). 2. Carpark now running at 90% capacity minimum... Often no parking after you have paid...

"Disappointed with the breakfast. Arrived at 10am (still 1hr of service to go) and they had run out of bacon, fried eggs, scrambled eggs and about 2 sausages left. There was also no bread for the toaster or teabags. The pancake machine was also showing an error message. Several guests were milling around trying to find something to eat, complaining of poor choice and having to wait for stocks to be refilled.We had to wait at least 10 minutes for fresh supplies of the hot food to arrive."

"The hotel was amazing, the room was a very good standard. The only let down was not being able to have dinner at the hotel. Only 2 out of the 3 Restaurants were open and it waa May Bank Holiday weekend. This meant going out to a local pub for dinner which is not what we wanted."

"We was welcomed with a free drink as we were going on a cruise, nice touch! Rooms are quite small but nicely furnished. The pillows and bed were a bit hard for me giving me backache but my husband found them comfortable. Leisure facilities were ok, pool was quiet which was nice but the jacuzzi was full of men who didn’t want to get out, they stayed in for ages, not giving other people the opportunity to use it. Steam room out of action. "
