"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The amenities were excellent, we especially enjoyed the pool, sauna, and gym, all of which were in great condition. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help...

"The stay was quite disappointing overall. The kitchen annex was very poorly equipped — only a kettle, fridge, few plates, one spoon, and one knife were provided. The photos suggested a much better-equipped space, but in reality it was almost empty. There were also no bins or any information on where to dispose of rubbish. Basic essentials were missing, such as hand wash or shower gel, and there was no warm water in either the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The toilet was exceptionally loud and...

"Avoid this place! > We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived to check in, it turned out our room had been given to someone else. The host was completely unreachable and ignored all our calls and messages. We were left stranded without a place to sleep. Very unprofessional and unreliable."

"Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

"Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here."
