Hotel Dekat Pantai Long Bay

"This is definitely a seasonal hotel as they don't have an indoor pool. Although the outdoor pool is heated, we were still cold getting out of the pool going to our room. The staff was excellent and very helpful. However like most cleaning staff at any hotel, they don't pay attention to detail as they are trying to turn over rooms quickly. "The view was great and it’s right on the beach. The waterslides were NOT open for spring break, just on weekends. Having water slides all week was one of the reasons we chose this resort specifically and we were disappointed. Not a lot of dining options but the ones that were there were really good. Enjoyed the free mini golf course and free pier access. Seemed like at less half the days there was an elevator out of service for an hour or two so sometimes we had to walk around to alternating...

"Property is very outdated. The linens and pillows are very worn. There was only cable TV, which was a little frustrating (couldn’t change the input to HDMI to stream or play video game). With that being said the room was clean, it is perfectly located on the beach (big plus), and the staff was very friendly. I know what to expect now and will visit again for a day trip"

"We upgraded our stay, with a beach view and balcony. However, the door going out to the beach balcony. It's almost impossible to open up sometimes. Could not open it up, had the call maintenance 3 times and still couldn't fix it."
