"Really beautiful lodge, large cosy room, great hot tub, pool table, lots of games..very substantial homemade breakfasts, always with muffins or something which made for easy snacks later. Friendly and accommodating host:). Recommend!"

Pool was filthy All outlets and restaurants closed Checked in at 12:30 am got a call at 7:00 am to tell me they didn't charge me properly at check-in and I need to come to the front desk. Not when I got up but immediately. They still couldn't figure it out and made wait around for a manger until after 8:00. Coffee machine wasn't working every morning I was there. DoNOT stay here"

"Great location, easy to get in and out of. Lots of parking. Room was spotless. Bed too soft for my taste but mattress and pillows all in pristine condition. Restaurant was nice with interesting menu. Sunday breakfast buffet a nice change of pace but I was a little disappointed as I had chosen a specific menu dish that I’d wanted that morning. Definitely stay again if I need to be in Vernon overnight"

"First of all, they demand a $300 cash deposit just to get into a room. For a budget motel, that is completely unreasonable and feels incredibly sketchy. When you finally get past the front desk, the room is disgusting. The cleanliness is non-existent—stained floors, an outdated smell, and it clearly hadn't been properly scrubbed down before I arrived. It felt completely unsanitary to even sit on the bed. To top it all off, the staff have zero respect for paying guests. Long before checkout...
