This property was great! I would stay again and I highly recommend. The staff was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to dig in the housekeepers closet to find an extra blanket and pillow for us. So friendly!
The hotel room was very clean, lots of towels provided. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of options! The breakfast room was so clean! Convenient restrooms right across from the breakfast room. Great property!

This hotel was difficult to find. Not what you need after a full day of travel…it needs better signage and to be updated on Google Maps, as it takes you to the dealership behind the hotel. It is tucked in and very well hidden. The parking is at the motel across from the hotel but we had no trouble finding a spot.
Once you find it though, the hotel is a very nice. Everything looks new and very clean. The staff was great!

Price was good, service at front desk was excellent, but cleanliness, communication was not good. Had issues with the TV not working for 2 days. The room was not cleaned very well. There were no toiletries in the bathroom at the sink for 2 nights. We stayed for three nights and none of those days were our room serviced. I had specifically stated at the front on our last night to have our room fully serviced, and on the way back up to our room - i had talked with the housekeeper on our floor - and NOTHING WAS done. Should have stayed at the Hyatt home just down the street at the same price point.

The hotel is new and very modern. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was perfect. We had an excellent day. The only thing that soured it slightly for us was we arrived 25 minutes early and we’re charged $10 for early check-in, even though it took them another 10 minutes to check us in.

I stayed at La Quinta for two nights, and the experience was defined not by the room itself but by a series of billing issues and deeply unprofessional customer service.
The problems began at check-in. I had booked and paid in full through Expedia. The front desk informed me they had not received payment from Expedia and attempted to charge me again. Had I not carefully reviewed my confirmation and receipt, I would have been double billed. Whatever issue existed between the hotel and its third-party partner should not become the guest’s problem at the front desk.
I also paid $29 per night for my dog. For context, my dog is clean, groomed, house-trained, never left alone in the room, and slept crated. There was no damage, no chewing, and no disruption. I was a responsible pet owner and a respectful guest.
After checkout, I received a voicemail from a staff member who was nearly laughing while informing me that $50 would be deducted from my deposit because the bed was “soiled” and had to be replaced. The tone was dismissive and unprofessional. There was no documentation provided, no explanation beyond a vague accusation, just notice that they were keeping my money.
When I called back five separate times to speak with a manager, or owner, the front desk staff argued with me, snickered, and repeatedly said they would pass along my information. I have yet to receive a single return call.
There’s more.. won’t let me finish. DO NOT STAY HERE

Hotel says they are pet friendly. Charge you $25 a night for having an animal. Once checked out they called to let me know that they’re charging me an additional $50 because of the bedding. I left the room in great condition, if there is some dog hair that’s why I pay $25 a night for some extra cleaning. Manager never called me back, hotel staff is rude and dismissive. They tried to charge me twice because I booked online and when I said I paid already they finally realized Expedia owed them money, not me. Seems like a new hotel with bad service. Breakfast is minimal. Hotel staff unfriendly and left me very passive and snarky voicemail

We were booked in for a 2 night stay, or so I thought. Late on the first night I took sick and was picked up at La Quinta by ambulance, and I spent the night in observation. My husband slept in the hotel as I was undergoing tests in the hospital. He picked me up at 9 am in the morning to return to rest in our hotel room. we were informed at 1100 am that I had made a mistake when I booked, and we only had the one night booked. When I checked it turns out I has made a mistake , I was not feeling well and didnt want to travel so my husband went to the front desk to book another night. The new rate was $50 more, with no allowance for my feeling ill and needing to rest up before travelling. I feel this was unfeeling, and I am disappointed with La Quinta for not showing compassion.
