"Great location and service! I mistakenly booked one night instead of two (thanks to hotels.com being confusing), and they worked to get me another night in the same room, even though someone else was booked for that room that day. Comfort was 3/5 because our room had just a door between an adjacent room. Sound wasn't really isolated at all, so privacy wasn't great."
