"All staff were extremely friendly and down to earth. Very warm greeting by the owner on arrival introducing herself and giving a brief history of the business. Showed us around and explained how things are done with the bar, breakfast etc. even introducing us to their pet, Lionel the parrot. We were given a choice of 2 rooms to pick from. "Heather was welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable and mine had a separate bathroom for sole use. Parking space on the drive. Property located on busy road. Tasty full English Breakfast. Local pub opposite serving food and drinks. Location great for New Forest access. "

"We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel, which offered a beautiful spa, very clean (and large) rooms, and incredible amenities such as tennis courts, golf courses, spa, club house and croquet. Staff were friendly and very attentive, and the complimentary breakfast and other meals at the hotel were superb. We also enjoyed the spa and some treatments"

"Very small car park and was a problem on arrival , no spaces . Is sorted by staff but does seem a constant problem. Will definitely go back , views amazing, spa lovely, come home feeling totally relaxed "
