"The Cliff House was an excellent resto-pub with rooms. We bagged the last room and although a bit on the small side (which he had been advised in advance), it was well appointed and scrupulously clean. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings had a nautical theme. Food was outstanding and great value. Staff were delightful and most helpful. The beer garden was a bonus too. A great little spot overlooking the Channel. "

"Just an overnight stay, but the room was amazing with the added bonus of aircon Lovely well looked after restaurant and rooms. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Good availability for parking, but car park could do with being resurfaced. Easy to check in and room was nice - very comfortable bed, a few quirks in the bathroom with a very low mirror over the sink that has you bent over to use and you can’t open the window to let out the steam. We had breakfast and dinner whilst here. Both meals were excellent- good choice and very tasty. Good selection of drinks as well. Was a good base for a visit to the area and would recommend "

"A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. "I had a wonderful stay! The room was ever spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made the space feel even more welcoming. What stood out to me the most were the thoughtful little details around the place. For example, the shower head is thoughtfully positioned facing the wall, so when you turn on the water, you don’t get splashes unexpectedly. "This is a lovely hotel in the perfect location for a visit to Christchurch. The premier room we had was huge and well appointed. The aircon was very useful in the hot weather we had. We got the early check in, which I recommend as it’s easier to find a parking spot earlier in the day. The staff were very friendly and even gave us a free welcome drink. We will definately stay here again."

"As someone that’s always stayed in chain hotels I thought I would give something different a try and I am so happy I did! The hospitality was incredible and felt so personal and homely. The room was beautiful and everything inside was high quality. The place has a real family feel without losing any of the cleanliness and professionalism of a chain hotel. I come to Dorset yearly so you have gained a new customer! Thanks again for everything."

"Why take your family away and stay in a faceless corporate hotel, cramped into one room, sitting on the beds, when you could be enjoying a lovely quiet rural cottage style family suite! Friendly, welcoming host, tasty continental breakfast - this is a very comfortable, spacious accommodation with all the amenities. The suite was perfect for us, centrally located, just a few minutes walk (no pavement) to the village, with some great eateries. "

"Absolutely fabulous guest house style hotel. Reception and daily staff extremely friendly and helpful. The best most carefully presented breakfast cf any hotel you like and graet value - chef oversaw all dishes passionately. Bar 24 h = super convenient. Very close location to beach and street full of restaurants and pubs. No fridge in room but bar very helpful with ice. They hve a lift = magic. Highly recommended for any stay in Bournemouth area."
