"We recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Copper Point. It was our 3rd visit to Copper Point. After checking our room upon arrival, we were a little disappointed to be situated overlooking the parking lot. We asked at the front desk if we could pay for an upgrade, after all, it was a special occasion for us! We were told that they were unable to help us at all, as we had booked through Expedia and that we’d need to arrange it through them. Our attempt for an upgrade through Expedia was unsuccessful - they told us there were no rooms available. It would have been nice if the front desk had at least checked to see if/what they had available before directing us to reach out to Expedia. Although we were quite disappointed we settled into our assigned room and decided to make the most of it.
The hotel seemed a little run down in places this time around. The lamp in our room had a large tear in the shade. The blinds and baseboards were very dusty.
The pool and hot tub area, and outdoor spaces are fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed them. The pool change room walls and baseboards also looked quite neglected. The on-site restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed a beautiful meal there for our anniversary and the food was top notch. Unfortunately the spa was closed for renovations. We have enjoyed this on our previous stays. We will be back, as location and amenities are excellent. TLC would fix the rest! Help for an upgrade would’ve been appreciated!"
"This was a really nice motel. The two queen beds were separated with one in the main area and one in the bedroom so that was nice to have separate sleeping spaces. Friendly person at the desk"
"Came with my husband for a short vacation we stayed in Horse Theif lodge. The room was a bachelor sized, but spacious. Can fit up to 4 people. It was very clean, minor stains on carpet but clean, and just the curtains I would recommend replacing, but it had everything we needed. Came with Shampoo and soaps, no hair conditioner, which was fine, there were plenty of towels and dish cloths. The bed and bedding were comfortable, no stains. The staff at the office were so nice to us and made checking in so easy. Finding our suite was tricky at first but they give you a map. The appliances were upgraded stainless steel. Had a BBQ outside and all cooking utensils included. Beautiful views! Free mini golf! Free gondola, we didnt get to ride it because it was closed for the season., walking around was just as nice. Two hot tubs per area and a BBQ fit for larger groups. We are booking again and this time bringing the kids."

"Hotel is in very good shape. Super friendly staff. Pool and fitness area were clean and up to date. Restaurant didn't open until until 7:30 am which was a problem for early morning golf rounds and closed at 9:00 pm which was a problem for later afternoon golf rounds. Food was good though. Manager of the lounge was a jerk with his staff. Didn't like it when I called him out for his treatment of one of them that took good initiative in customer service. I would stay there again"
"We loved our stay! The cabin was a great experience for my Granddaughters. We enjoyed the hot tub. The office staff was so helpful and pleasant. We will definitely return if in the area again."
