What a gem!

Great spot! Lots to do at the resort plus Toby Creek Adventures, Kootenay River Runners and Radium hot springs all super close by. We had a jam packed long weekend of atving, white water rafting, hot springs at night, chilling at the resort pool and going down the water slides and the pipe coaster. Lots of hikes on the resort and surrounding it. The restaurants were great and the staff know their stuff. The price for staying was amazing as well!10/10 recommend :)

Always a great time. The condo was in great clean shape. Would have been nice to have some a/c although I’m not sure how practical that is for this area. All staff was friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay as we had lots of activities to explore and we absolutely loved the pools. We were especially looking forward to the water slides but a week before our arrival, we were informed they were under repair which we understand is a common thing. There was no compensable offer made which was disappointing.

Love panorama but the pool was a bit merky water was way to cold in the cool pool. The place we stayed was ok but not clean dishes were coverred in film and food. Not a great place to stay i have stayed in much better there.

The activities at the resort are great for families. A little on the pricey side, but pool was fantastic. Our room had no screen on our patio door so with no air conditioning the room was hot and we didn’t really have a way to cool it. The bed was not very comfortable and bedding was poor quality. For the price I would expect better bedding. Kids still had a blast so it was worth it.

We booked the Summit Lodge. I booked this as A/C was promised, that turned out to just be 2 standing fans. Every dish was dirty and had to be rewashed, bring your own dishwasher tablets though as none are provided. Half the plugs in the room did not work and both the towels and bed sheets had yellow stains. The resort itself is beautiful and the amenities are great but the accommodations are quite outdated for the price.

Reason for the three star. No air conditioning. Plus the windows only open up 2 inches so no air flow. The night cooled off but the Condo stayed 25-28c. It didn’t even drop at all. They provide fans which are cheap and basically do nothing.

My review and rating will not even submit with out at least putting 1-star! Very disappointed in how VRBO handles their posting of currency when booking a Canadian property, from a Canadian URL and using a Canadian credit card. Will never use VRBO/Homeaway/Expedia again. In contacting the resolutions department regarding my issue they have provided me with no help at all. Terrible customer service!!

So called premium room was no different from a standard one bedroom room. Old appliances. Small bedroom with little extra space for suitcases. No A/C. Room was hot. Disappointing view. Small TV with a bad picture. Everything felt shoddy. Our room was in Taynton Lodge at Panorama Mountain Resort.

Needs updates for summer and comfort. Property was ok, pools were great but sofa bed was awful and lack of an AC in the heat hindered comfort in the apartment.

First time at the resort with my daughter and it was amazing. We had the vest time . The only issue was the pull out bed it was terrible but everything else was spectacular.

Our second time staying here. A great place for the family. Nice and quiet location. Just what we needed to unwind for a few days. Nice pool area for the kids. Front desk were very helpful. Only a couple slight negatives: 1. The food at the TBar grill was just so-so with very few options. 2. The person working the general store during our needs a lesson on etiquette. Great place. Definitely will be back. Thanks again!
