"The property had no place to park and the staff was not helpful when we inquired about the parking. They had a "to-bad-so-sad-for-you-Americans" attitude for anything we asked about. The area is very congested with traffic and my husband had to circle the block numerous times before finally finding a parking lot that had availability. The area/location was a mess too, garbage all over the streets! "

"single room newly renovated room very clean staff very friendly and helpful. Very near to major train and tube stations , no elevator if you have large suitcases stairs can be a problem. you have a fan in the room like many of this type of hotel no aircon so it could be warm in the room during summer heat. if you are an extra large person toilet placement could be a challenge. shower is a good size."
