"We had a wonderful first stay at the Standard. The hotel is very up market and our room was spacious and stylish with modern amenities. We stayed in a suite with a dining area, bath in the room and balcony. It was perfect for our first family trip away with our one year old daughter. Having room service available was brilliant so we could have breakfast in the room before getting ready for the day. Lastly, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Flawless communications, super clean, comfortable , upscale flats, good nearby food options, and 2-3 minutes to Russell Square underground station.
