"Way to expensive for what they offered. Very disappointing. Yes they were within easy reach of the ship terminal but that's all they had. Rooms were extremely tired, poor emenities (not any). Everywhere definitely needed updating. Meals offered were over priced. Just because you happen to be close to the cruise terminal you shouldn't take advantage of people."

"Amazing staff. After flying in from the East Coast USA, having a room ready at 830AM, amazing. Zahra was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was more than worth the cost. In room, could not ask for anything better. Location great and central to everything we had planned."

"The location is convenient, with major tourist attractions reachable within a 20-minute walk. It was very nice to have both a washer and dryer in the room. There is plenty of storage space for clothing in drawers and cabinet shelves as well as plenty of space (over a 4-foot expanse) to place our toiletries on the vanity —something that has gradually disappeared in many newly renovated hotels. We also enjoyed a great view of the city, and the staff was friendly. However, there were a few issues. The shower room leaked when the showerhead was used in a portable way. The AC remote control did not function properly, so we were unable to adjust the temperature. Although staff came to fix it twice, the problem was not resolved. Additionally, the AC fan made an annoying high-pitched noise. Overall, I would rate this stay a 4.5."

"While we did eat breakfast and it was wonderful the rest of the place was poorly remodeled had an odor and some of the staff not so friendly. It is next to the train station and you can hear and feel it when passing under the hotel"
