"I made this reservation with Hotels.com. I was not told that this was a bed and breakfast that was inside of an apartment building. We spent one whole day trying to find it. When we finally figured out where it was The front door was locked. We couldn’t figure out how to get in and weren’t able to talk to anyone. "This B&B is an apartment in a 6- or 8-story building. When you book a room, you are booking a bedroom within this apartment. We had a room with a bathroom in the room but I don't think all have that. The room is very small and there is not a lot of storage solutions so we didn't have enough space to unpack both of our suitcases. "This is a great 3-star B&B! The breakfast is good. the hotel is very clean. The rooms are wonderful. The staff is fantastic. One night, I accidently locked myself out of my room, so I called Veronica and she sent one of her staff members to the site in only 20 minutes to open the door for me. This is a great place to stay for your vacation!"
