The staff was welcoming, kind, and helpful and the room and breakfast area were lovely, modern, and comfortable. When I return to Palermo one day I will definitely stay there. As a matter of fact, I’ll go back just so I can stay there again!

Excellent location. Staff was wonderful. We stayed in No. 9 - beautiful spacious room with comfortable bed. Air conditioner in room functioned well. Very nice breakfast. Host went out of her way yo be helpful. Hotel is in walking distances of main sites in Palermo.

It was a clean room / breakfast was delicious/ AC comfortable. We had some issues w the commode but Giuseppe fixed it right away . That means so much to a guest. He and Martina went out of their way to make us comfortable/ give us info / and arrange taxi ride.

It’s actually a floor in an old building. The rooms were great. Our room was big, clean, and quiet despite facing the main street. The soundproofing was superb. There were all main amenities including robe and slippers. The location is fabulous and we walked everywhere. As they had a kitchen, we could get free water when we wanted. Highly recommended for everyone

Best location in the city. Staff went over and above to satisfy our needs. They arranged airport transfers at a below fair price. Room exceptional, Breakfast beyond terrific. I can’t recommend this place enough. Beyond a A+ Ask for room 4 - corner room with 2 windows.

Fantastic location with easy walkable distances to all major attractions. We are a couple in their mid 60’s-70. Restaurants and shopping galore right outside the door. Building was super quiet without road or pedestrian noise. Rooms were clean with modern amenities. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Great find!

The room was super clean. Martina was extremely nice and helpful. They had the best cappuccino for breakfast. The location is excellent, right in the center if the city. The windows are sound proof and the curtain is electric, it is daytime and the room is completely dark which is just amazing.
