"Everything was perfect about the stay except the fact the walls are very thin and not sound proofed in any reasonable way and the room door is a sliding door with no hinges just rollers, and what looks like a not robust door lock. That lack of security (and the fact there is no room safe) means that we would not have stayed there if we had known. "

"I recently stayed four nights at Nova Suite in Catania, Sicily, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and the main bus station, which made it very easy to travel around the city and take day trips. Flavia was especially helpful and went out of her way to check me in at 2:00 PM, even though the regular check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. "We arrived at 930 pm down a very narrow city road and saw an imposing old door as our arrival point. We sent a text to the hotel to say we were outside and Francisco joined momentarily. Once we got into the building - a renovated palace and shown to our room any fears we may have had were quickly dismissed. The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were magnificent Francisco and Giorgio were great hosts"

"Grazie Giovani ! A wonderful stay in this gem of a hotel! What lovely staff and hospitality. The garden, was spectacular at night time with a glass of Prosecco. The guide tour in this historic building from 1762 which he calls home, after breakfast was amazing and we felt spoiled. I would return to Noto tomorrow, mostly to say hello to him and see this beautiful home."
