"We booked a suite with wraparound balcony. Suite was lovely, cannot fault it at all. Views over Palermo were amazing and when sleeping the windows blocked out the noise of the bustling city.
Maids came when needed and did a fantastic job. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the continental breakfast selection.
Location was perfect, not far from the historical centre and massimo teatro but far enough away for anyone wanting a slightly quieter base to explore.

"Excellent location. Very close to all the sights we went to see. Also, very close to great restaurants, aperitif and gelato. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast with a stunning view on the terrace. I would definitely return."
"Świetna lokalizacja żeby zwiedzać stare miasto. Blisko do restauracji również oraz centrum życia miasta. Pokój limone w którym spałam jest stylowy czysty i w sam raz na kilkudniowy pobyt. Przestronny można się pomieścić z walizkami i zakupami. Bardzo pomocna obsługa już pierwszego dnia dostaliśmy mapę z instrukcją gdzie warto iść zwiedzać co było bardzo pomocne. Polecam bardzo ten apartament w Palermo. Jedyny problem to z miejscem do parkowania ponieważ jest to stare miasto więc trzeba trochę...

The breakfasts were very good with yummy desert options.
Unfortunately, due to no fault of the hotel, there was construction in between our rooms and the lobby which made it a little bit of a nuisance with bags to get in and out. Otherwise 5 stars all around.
This construction is temporary, and I would highly recommend this hotel."
"We only stayed one night and honestly it wasn’t the best experience. We arrived at night to find that our rooms A/C was not working very well at all. While the owner did his best to fix it, with the language barrier there wasn’t much he could do so he gave us a plug in fan (did not help much but he tried). The room was pretty outdated, however, it did look like the pictures so we were expecting that. It was generally clean but there were some thing here and there that probably could’ve been...
