"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"The location is fantastic. The room is great. We were upgraded to essentially a 2 room suite. It was very large and spacious. The breakfast is delicious and served either on the 5th floor terrace or in your room. We took advantage of both options. The staff is very helpful and kind. I would happily stay here again."

Location is perfect and walkable to Duomo. 5-8 min walk. Several restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. The sofa does turn into a sofa bed and is very comfortable, however I’d suggest putting a towel on the side of bed and metal when getting off bed as it will scratch and hurt since the mattress sinks in a little when trying...
