"The views of this hotel were ridiculous AMAZING , the front desk was very helpful and friendly. It was walkable to restaurants and amenities. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not working and we call the “emergency “ number and still they did not do nothing about it, because of that we need to open the windows and I have a couple of mosquitoes bites and I guess there was a celebration and the noise from outside did not let me sleep well and the fireworks felt louder. The hotel itself was lovely, with fantastic staff and excellent breakfast. Our room was clean, very comfortable, with nice decor. "This is a 5+ star facility. Our room was outrageous with frescos and paintings on the walls and ceiling. The staff went out of their way to help us with our requests and provide a history of the property. Our room had 1.5 bathrooms and the breakfast had an excellent choice of items. "

"This hotel is in a great location in Siena as you can almost drive to the door (you do need to park away from the hotel) to drop off luggage and you are on the edge of the old town of Siena and its square. We had a balcony with a great view of the old town and breakfast and service from the front desk were great!"
