"Gorgeous modern rooms, remodeled in 2024. Nicest bathroom I’ve ever seen at an hotel. Absolutely prime location, right on the min shopping street and steps from I’ll Campo. Amina was the best host ever and even helped us schlep our bags all the way to the Stadium parking lot (a 15 minute haul and the only downside about the property). "
"
A lovely boutique hotel, beautifully refurbished.
Spotless.
Reception very friendly and helpful.
All the sights were within walking distance.
Couldn’t fault it."

"Our stay was lovely, we had a room with a balcony and a view of the Duomo, the bed was comfy and the shower was good. Breakfast was included and was plentiful"
"Front desk staff were professional, kind and multilingual. Very helpful with storing luggage after checkout and help with printing museum tickets. Valet parking is easier than parking yourself at this location. Cost was €35."
Grand Hotel Continental Siena – Starhotels Collezione
10/10 Excellent
"If you pay attention to the hotel’s driving instructions, everything else will be 5 star. All of the staff is very accommodating to your every need. The rooms are European elegance with totally updated amenities. Breakfast buffet is fresh and hot with ample selections. Location is in the heart of beautiful Siena. "
"The Chiostro was a great find.
The people are really helpful and friendly. The breakfast team do a great job and are really keen to go the extra mile. The room has a fantastic fresco (not the only one in the hotel) on the wall and many of the ceilings have artwork.
Sitting in the cloisters reading or sipping some wine was so relaxing. Upstairs you find a sort of mini museum in a meeting room that looks like it has not changed in a century or two.
If you like history, this is a good place to stay."
