We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very unique accommodation. We were emerged in history with the architecture, style and furnishings. Our room was very spacious and had very modern amenities to make our stay complete. We were in walking distance to il campo, Duomo, shopping and restaurants and bars. The best feature of the room is it’s location, which is important in Siena. The room is in a 13th century building and is traditionally decorated. It is very comfortable and clean. We would stay there again.

We had an amazing time the property is so beautiful. Joanna went above and beyond to help us after our tour we had booked was cancelled. The room was cleaned so well during our stay and the breakfast was delicious and so beautifully served in the sitting room. The terrace has the most amazing view and drinking wine there in the afternoon was a highlight. The staff arranged a taxi for us and the option for an early breakfast at the bar next door was very convenient. This was definitely a five star stay with beautiful accommodation in a great location and excellent service.

Beautiful Memory!

Beautiful view, great location, amazing balcony, good breakfast, comfortable bed, helpful/friendly staff, remodeled & clean bathroom, nice size room, elevator, parking, clear instructions and easy check-in/check-out. The only small suggestion to become perfection is to update the room furniture & decor a little with a nice balance between new and old. Thank you for hosting us; we had a lot of fun and enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is simply unmatchable, it's easily less than 5 minutes walking from all of Siena's most relevant landmarks. I booked the panoramic suite and the name really does it justice, although there was a terrace right above the room that remained accessible 24/7 that was a delight to be at whilst having a chat and enjoying the view. It is located at the restricted traffic area, but they arranged for me both the parking and the transfer to/from the hotel.

This property is gorgeous and the stay here was amazing! Our room had the private terrace and we had breakfast out there the next morning! I can’t tell you how picturesque, stunning and just plain peaceful our breakfast was out in the terrace! The morning fog covered the valley, all you could see were the church steeples peaking through, you heard the nice old ladies talking in the streets below while going out for morning bread, the birds were tweeting and cooing. I’m serious here, it was a thing! The building is ancient but well done and modernized! The bathroom was perfect! Great shower, plenty of room, well remodeled. The room was like being out of time. I felt like a time traveler. The parking situation was actually really easy. Essentially they set up a garage spot down in the town outside the walled city. They park your car down there for 30 Euro and they drive you up to the hotel. You never know what to expect before you go but the guy that owns the garage was super nice, and our ride up was about 7 minutes into the walled city, right to the door, and perfect!! It was super easy to put the garage address into the GPS and drive right to it. We waited about 5 to 7 minutes for the driver to come back from the previous drop off. The garage services multiple hotels and B&B’s so they just keep going up and back. We waited about 8 minutes for the ride back down once we checked out. Just email the front desk and tell you you need parking and they’ll set it up, no worries.

Loved this property. Charming old world style in the heart of the city. We had a lovely room (blue room) which had a spectacular bathroom. Also had a lovely common area. Walking distance to everything! Staff was also very acvomodating.

Very good location (close to major tourist sites) and great breakfast. Room was clean and in ok condition. Interior is a bit old and need refurbishing. Shared terrace with next room and wall view of neighbor (no view at all).
