"The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Reception is only on site until lunchtime but someone is always available on WhatsApp or by phone and the response was excellent. The location was very good, easy to get to from the airport and everything was nearby."

"Excellent breakfast, fantastic location, helpful staff and very comfortable room. Although the hotel was in the heart of the tourist district, directly across the piazza from the magnificent Teatro Massimo, it was surprisingly quiet in my room. Standing on my balcony, I could immerse myself in vibrant Palermo street life, but closing the curtains, I was in a quiet, serene and private environment. And the air conditioning was a godsend during the 40° C heatwave!"

"The Arche Design Rooms and Suites was a good choice for us. We found it comfortable and convenient with good food choices nearby. The recommendations by the team for where to eat were so helpful and we felt really welcomed. We didn’t use the Spa so can’t comment. Our late arrival was no problem and we enjoyed the breakfasts - all the food was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend Arche to other travellers "

"Beautiful hotel! The staff are AMAZING and it’s a great location! Only thing is that the gym isn’t a gym, it’s a small room with a treadmill and a bike and the spa is really Really hard to schedule. The hotel breakfast is also great, but not really anything to do at the hotel besides sleep. The tvs are old, and so it’s only a few Italian channels."
