"Really well located hotel right outside the pedestrian zone in Palermo. In just 5 minutes you are in front of Teatro Massimo. The hotel is very secure, the staff is very friendly. "The hotel room was Beautiful, clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked great, which made a huge difference during 105 degree heatwave. All the staff was amazing, especially Valentina. She went above and beyond to help us book an excursion as well as bus and boat transportation, making our trip so much more enjoyable. Although the hotel was in the heart of the tourist district, directly across the piazza from the magnificent Teatro Massimo, it was surprisingly quiet in my room. Standing on my balcony, I could immerse myself in vibrant Palermo street life, but closing the curtains, I was in a quiet, serene and private environment. And the air conditioning was a godsend during the 40° C heatwave!"

"The Arche Design Rooms and Suites was a good choice for us. We found it comfortable and convenient with good food choices nearby. The recommendations by the team for where to eat were so helpful and we felt really welcomed. We didn’t use the Spa so can’t comment. Our late arrival was no problem and we enjoyed the breakfasts - all the food was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend Arche to other travellers "

"It was a lovely stay. It was quiet and pretty clean. Nearby restaurants and cafes. The staff were also great and quick to help. Only small complaint is if you’re an early napper, there’s restaurants that stay open til after midnight, which can be a good thing if you’re trying nurse the Aperol Spritz or Negronis. They’re all close. Still awesome experience 😊"

The hotel breakfast is also great, but not really anything to do at the hotel besides sleep. The tvs are old, and so it’s only a few Italian channels."
