Great location, near everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Parking very difficult, but that is true everywhere in old Palermo. They have a good valet service though. Bed is foam - a bit soft for us and quite hot, but it worked. Overall a great place to stay

The hotel is conveniently located near the theatre Massimo. The rooms are small but comfortable except for the noise level from outside. The breakfast was fine but was not available until 8:00am. Overall the hotel is a solid 3 stars by USA standards
