Location was great
Access was easy and the agents were quick to respond
There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided tea and coffee was not provided.
I’ve stayed in many places similar to this and there has been this provided.

"Amazing hotel, comfortable room with an absolutely amazing view of London Bridge.
Friendly staff and lovely restaurants both for just a drink and to enjoy a meal.
Perfect location for Tower of London and boat rides.

"Been before this time just as good. The staff are lovely nothing is too much trouble ,friendly with a smile. No problem with rooms so clean helpful if you want something. So nice by the River Thames lovely at night.Its quiet nice for a break. Bus stop is outside not far from Station.Free water boat to go across river ,It’s so nice with balcony on top floor."
