"I had a large room with a King bed, table & chairs to sit and relax, huge bathroom, excellent shower. Lovely peaceful area surrounding the swimming pool. Shout out for Sara, she was so kind and thoughtful, always had time to have a chat about life and Vietnam. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, freshly cooked eggs, tastiest omelette I've had in Vietnam 😋 A very relaxing stay. All the staff are kind and helpful."

"The hotel is just perfectly clean. Staff is very helpfull and friendly. Its close to Hoi An center and to the beach, you can rent a bicycle for free. If you are tired and dont feel like going in to town, there’s great restaurants around the corner. And they do roomservice and massages And a great pool! The breakfast has everything you could wish for. I would highly recommend going to Kim An hotel!"

It was lovely to stay in a quality space without being in a hotel where it feels impersonal and sterile. The owners Tung and Ming are absolutely wonderful - they're happy to help with anything you need and to answer any questions you might have. The street the property is located on is quiet and feels very coastal with a gorgeous colourful and leafy outlook. Felt safe the entire time!...

"The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from the old town but far enough that you are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There are lots of very good dining options within a few minutes walk and also several mini marts if you need groceries or breakfast supplies. The kitchen is well equipped and the combination washer/dryer works well and is much appreciated.
