He has lots of recommendations for the area. They do laundry on site, the property is clean and well cared for and they are always there for anything you need. A short walk to all the attractions. "Located close to but not too close to the old town. The saltwater pool was heated to a comfortable 30 degrees- much appreciated in 16 degree- weather! Gym was well -equipped and the breakfast had lovely spread of fruit and healthy options. Opposite the hotel is a spa called the Castle Spa where I had a wonderful hot stone massage at a very reasonable price. Would stay here again for my next trip to beautiful Hoi An!"

"Room is pretty run down. Foul smell in the bathroom, room has strong musky smell. Hand wash, bath gel and shampoo smelt really bad. Do not understand how they didn’t realise it. Breakfast was basic with lots of variety of fruits. Only went once out of 3 mornings. Positive : Location is good, right infront of the night market and many good restaurants nearby (5-10 mins walk). Receptionist, Anh was helpful is giving us information re Hoi An "

"From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. "
