Ms Annie checked us in and she was amazing! So friendly and gave us a lot of great tips and information. The pool cushions were never put on and we had to ask for them and the staff didn’t seem happy about that, room was nice, would stay again!

First, I have to say that this is the first time I’m writing a review about a hotel stay. We are pretty well travelled and have experienced bad to great stays. We’ve stayed at better properties but, I have to say the service we received at this property has been the best we’ve ever received! From Jazmin at breakfast and Ken at the bell stand and all of the front desk staff, all have gone above and beyond to welcome us and help us navigate our stay in Vietnam. The property itself is clean and well maintained. I will stay here again and again and would recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. There’s so much to share about our stay—-they upgraded our tickets to VIP free of charge because it was forecasted to rain and moved us to covered area without asking. They waited for us well after 1am for check in because our flight was delayed. All staff were so kind and sweet.

This is a beautiful hotel with a large pool. A little out of the super busy old town area which makes it quiet and pleasant. The staff provides exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the Hotel and staff were amazing. Pool is wonderful but the boards around the pool are all cracked and damaged and very hot to walk bare feet on. They definitely need to upgrade same. Otherwise a fabulous Hotel and absolutely beautiful staff.

The staff here was so polite and informative! They made sure we knew what amenities were available to us and helped connect us to any tours or transportation we needed. The hotel offers free breakfast and free shuttle which was so convenient. Hana and Mr. Dolphin made our stay feel fun and safe!

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They went over and beyond to help us. Unfortunately the room was just a bit tired and outdated. There was mould around the shower. I notified housekeeping and they tried to clean it but couldn’t get it all off.
