"Overall, a great stay. I initially expected worse due to not receiving the keys to the room until an hour after the check in time but I was billed during the check in. Also, I was billed $200 more than expected Expedia amount, which was not represented on the paper receipt nor the e-receipt (probably a scam from the check in staff). We had go down and request sink soap to wash our hands due to house keeping not doing the expected daily check in that was posted on Hyatt’s site. Other than that, the breakfast was great, room was clean, MOST staff had great customer service skills, and the bus to El Yungue picked us up right in front of the hotel. "
