The location is amazing, the views alone are breathtaking. Being steps away from the beach is amazing. Staff is really friendly and helpful. They even go out of their way to help out. The price ain't bad. Cons: 1. Parking is small gets full quick especially on weekends. 2. Wished the rooms were cleaned more often. 3. There's was a mold smell that wouldn't just go away. 4. Rooms pictures are a bit misleading, single bed rooms are a bit underwhelming. 5. My biggest grievance was the bed they are advertised as queen and for sure they ain't, they are a bit bigger than full but no queen also they are thin so you feel the hard metal bed frame. I brought this up because my partner is ADA person so that bed was horrible for them but their only solution was to upgrade paying double the price.

Rooms nice, updated and clean. Small beach but perfect for a quick dip or tanning. No coffee in rooms. No hot tub, nice pool. Staff was very nice restaurant upstairs had the best cheeseburger I have ever had. Would stay here again!

Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.
