"At first sight I thought the room was nice and as advertised. Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. "The property is by the bay where all the cruise ships anchor but this is not a problem at all, they don't make noise, they are just gigantic. Hotel personnel was wonderful (except one morning our server was just OK) but overall a great place to stay, our room was fantastic and we will definitely, not only recommend it to our friends but we will not hesitate to come back.
