"This is such a hidden gem. Property is well maintained and rooms are spacious and more importantly squeaky clean. Modern bathroom with walk in shower was a big plus for us. There is enough parking and front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Property is so well located that it’s in walkable from the beach and State St. We will definitely come back here next time we are in Santa Barbara. "

"They had me at hello. We arrived 2 hours early after a grueling drive. We just wanted cool AC and to get prone for a few minutes. They had a couple rooms ready and immediately offered us one. The desk clerk also provided us with local discount coupons. This staff is simply superior they took great care of us during our stay. We will definitely return soon. "This is an older property but well maintained and in an absolutely perfect location. We were able to walk for meals shopping and to the beach easily. The bikes were also great to use for exploring.
