Nice property. Room was nice. A little noisy from the freeway side but manageable. Breakfast was ok. If you're a coffee snob I'd recommend going to one of the amazing local coffee shops nearby. The hotel coffee was lukewarm and awful. Pool was lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Christina in hospitality is the best! We left my son’s favorite stuffed animal and when I called a couple of days later-Christina was amazing to talk to. We can’t thank you enough for returning Dino to us and in the sweetest way possible-my son was over the moon! We are already planning to come back for another stay. We loved it there!

This was a nice hotel to stay at with a great breakfast included. The room was clean with good amenities, coffee, fridge, and microwave. It is a drive to Santa Barbara, but the cost was so much cheaper here. Carpinteria is a nice town with a beautiful vibe to itself. The biggest bonus was free EV hook-up. I was able to save a lot due to PHEV being charged nightly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and great jacuzzi. This town is perfect for biking. We have brought our young kids and bikes and we just leave the car and ride bikes to do everything, the beach is so close as are all the restaurants. Small town vibe that is so sweet.

A couple of things in the room needed repair (curtains did not fully close, door covering fridge had a broken hinge). Shop in lobby had most items out of stock. Atmosphere generally was fine, the hotel busy with families. Location is great, near highway but quiet, and a good beach, and coffee shops in town. Nice exterior—bungalow style, with a few related touches indoors.

I like the quietness of the area. Easy to find, right off of the freeway. Over all staff were great. Checkin/check out were quick and easy. No hidden charges. The most important part was that the room was cleaned and dusted. The only minor complaint was not enough table/chair during breakfast. The hand soap dispenser was strangely located far from the sink. The soap, shampoo/condition were basic. We booked for 3 and there was only 1 Qtip/cotton balls/nail file package. Luckily we brought some.

This is your standard Hilton Express, easy check, clean comfortable rooms and basic amenities for a short stay. The area is a bit noisy because freeway is close, but did not disturb my sleep.

We had a very bad experience at this Holiday Inn. We had nearly no hot water for either of the two mornings of our stay. When I brought this to the attention to the front desk they treated me as if I was a liar. Avoid if at all possible. The insult of no hot water was on top of double pricing for a busy graduation weekend
