"Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"

"The location for this hotel is excellent if you are staying in the area. However, the check-in process was very difficult as we had arrived with our young child before the formal check-in time and would have paid extra for early check-in after an overnight flight. Front desk staff were not helpful, getting any support was like pulling teeth. "We stayed in a one bedroom bungalow which was perfect for just the two of us. However it was definitely dated but we didn’t mind. It was very nice to have the restaurant and little store there too. "

"The building's exterior is pretty run down. The apartment itself was alright, though I'm not sure why there was an extra small bed. The view was definitely the best part. The staff was quite helpful, and the cleaning person was super efficient, even though I did notice some bite marks on my arms afterward, maybe from the bed, and people were smoking on their balconies. Other than that, it was mostly well-stocked. They should probably fix up the pool and pool area or just turn it into something...

"Unable to open door as What’s app not working. Very stressful being locked out. No elevator and a lot of stairs.not equipped for people with disabilities. . Shower wouldn’t work. The company was helpful and seemed nice. They remediated complaints on time. Better place for locals to stay rather than foreigners. People at Nicola restaurant were mean. Not welcoming. "
