The hotel and rooms were gorgeous. Everything was kept very tidy. Everyone on the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and extra helpful. The breakfast is AMAZING, along with the views, it was definitely one of the highlights of our vacation. Overall simply excellent! ⭐️⭐ ️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If I could give this more stars I would! Our stay was absolutely perfect, the staff went above and beyond for us, the pool was breathtaking and we were surprised and delighted at every turn from the attentiveness of the wait staff to the beauty and detail of the hotel. The hotel itself is stunning and the owner clearly takes pride in making sure each guest is having a wonderful time. Our breakfast each morning had breathtaking views of Cascais and was beautifully appointed. Could not recommend this place enough, we cannot wait to be back!
There’s nothing I didn’t like about this property. It’s a beautiful building, excellent facilities, spotlessly clean, calm and tranquil, superlative service from the kindest and most amenable staff team. Luis and Paulo were especially fabulous. I would be delighted to return in the future.
Possibly the world’s best hotel!
I almost hesitate to write this because it feels as though we’ve discovered gold in a world full of noise and sameness — a true gem I want to keep secret. But the extraordinary people behind this independent hotel deserve every bit of recognition.
The hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views and a wonderful location, but what makes it exceptional is the team. Incredibly professional, yet genuinely warm, friendly and engaging. In a world of generic, impersonal or overly snooty hotels, none of that exists here. It felt like arriving home to family you actually love hanging out with!
The food is excellent too — breakfast, restaurant and bar menus. They even have their own farm, and the olives and olive oil are delicious. We came away with a bottle of olive oil to extend the tastes back home!
Walk the promenade into Cascais; Lisbon is easy by train or taxi, and the airport is 30–45 minutes away.
A giant thank you to Maria, Jorge, Solame, Carine, Francesco, David, Hugo, Paulo, Luciano, Maria João and everyone else who made our stay so special. Apologies to anyone I missed — my eyesight for name badges, not your wonderful work! :)
We’ll return over and over. A truly special place.
A charming, small hotel that is faultless in every respect. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very capable. The property itself is so special, an icon of Portuguese splendour from the 1920s. It is in imaculate condition. The food is excellent, and the bar is lovely. On our first stay, we had the smallest room in the property; it was just fine. This time, we had one of the larger Garden rooms, with a small terrace and easy access to the outdoor pool area too. It was just perfect.
Luxury accommodation, excellent food and staff were superb in their attitude and friendliness

There are only few places that have it all. Estoril Vintage Hotel is one of them. A beautiful hotel; amazing staff; genuinely warm and welcoming … a rewarding experience… a feeling of coming home whenever we return to it.
Looking forward to our next visit
We had a lovely stay here- weather in December was mild, perfect for exploring Cascais and we had easy access to trains and buses to reach Lisbon and Sintra. The hospitality was exceptional and the venue is stunning- we look forward to returning!
Very helpful and attentive kind staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Heated toilet seats and towel bars! One of a kind hotel with spectacular dining room and views.
Probably one of the best hotels in the world. Excellent service and staff.
Fantastic food and wines.
Very personal and private.
If a hotel could have 10 stars this would be the one! Will definitely return.
