"Beautifully appointed hotel surrounded by a golf course. I don't play golf, but the course seemed very well maintained. Beds and pillows are quite firm, but otherwise everything was perfect. Great front and back office teams always willing to help. "

"Place was great inside, very clean and comfortable. Opening the front door was a pain with old style lock that needs the magic touch. Location is a bit out of the way due to being on a long dead end."

"Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"
