Felt v relaxed in the living room but the bedroom with en-suite and a dressing area made it feel large and comfortable.. Large kitchen with table for 2. Far better and so much more than a hotel room. "This place is great in so many respects, but particularly in regards to the location to a beautiful part of the city of Bath. The guest house is right in between the Circus and the Royal Crescent. Everything you might want is within walking distance including some great restaurants. We highly recommend this facility. I can't comment on the staff since we had no interaction with them. The guest house used a lockbox to provide us with our keys."

"The staff were outstanding, from the guys on reception through to the breakfast staff. The rooms were lovely, clean and welcoming, the fridge was an added bonus. Breakfast was great, everything you could have ask for, they had a waffle machine that made the most delicious blueberry waffles. The location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the thermal spa and shops and the other direction pubs and restaurants We found the hotel to be very quiet not just the location but clientele. "

"We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The only slight annoyance was that we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work, so had to sleep with the window open, which meant that the gulls woke us up quite early in the morning. We were celebrating our birthdays and the hotel gave us a lovely plate of cakes to honor this! We skipped paying for breakfast because there are so many wonderful bakeries in Bath and the breakfast was on the pricey side. I still wouldn’t hesitate staying here again! "
