"The pool area was very poor. One of the reasons I went to Florida was to be able to use the pool. The room was very clean but had some unique features, such as no telephone and no chair in which to sit if you wanted to watch tv. I was not able to get my tv to work and there were no instructions on how to use the 2 remotes."

"So they had our room ready an hour late from what check in time was supposed to be and the lobby was filled with a long line of people trying to check in. Pool and crowd isn’t as nice as I thought it would be but other than that it was a decent nice stay. Room was great a little dusty in areas bed not perfectly made but ok! You can’t take any outside food or drink by pool that’s a little stupid to me but that’s fine"

"Excellent stay for the price! Older style but has been updated some. Comfortable bed, great AC, nice pool. The parking area is rather small, and it took us a minute to find the office entrance, but we have no complaints! Definitely will stay again if we are in the area."

"The front desk staff seemed stand off-ish and it always felt like they were being bothered. The vallet guys were awesome. They were very easy going and always helpful. The girls at the pool bar were also great. The property was very clean and well maintained."
