"Location"

"The car park is quite far from reception and all the signs don’t really make sense. Check in was handing me a key after having to call a mobile number that had been left on the desk. No further information like how to get to the room and breakfast. Room was really far away and I had to carry lots of personal items and was a struggle. "Beautiful hotel and resorts. Our family had a wonderful trip, thank you!"

"Carol runs a beautiful place and always makes us.welcome"

"This is a pleasant and convenient hotel that I would definitely stay at again."

"Very nice hotel, friendly staff, easy check-in, lots of parking. Had no issues with noise. Nice bed, plenty of pillows, big TV, everything you'd expect from a hotel stay. Breakfast buffet included and was good. Would definitely stay again."

"Good location and room for the price. Would stay again. Black out blinds or curtains would be a welcome addition to the room, but no complaints. Owner very helpful."

"Room was huge with kitchen, living area and huge bed"

"great stay as usual."

"We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits."

"We booked this last minute for a date night in Leeds and got a great deal. Our room was spacious and luxurious with a huge bed and a nice view. Staff were excellent - just a really nice hotel - highly recommend!"

"I loved the property. It was probably more space than I needed, but great to have a kitchen. Also it was very convenient to the train station and the city center. It was quiet and very comfortable bed."

"A very affordable and good value hotel. Large rooms and clean. Bathrooms have recently been refitted which look nice."
