"I cannot fault the way the apartment is 'kitted out'. There was everything you needed even down to disposable slippers. Nice to have heaters for a very cold night and morning. The shower is great with an overhead rain shower. The owners always responded immediately to any questions I sent which is good. My only tiny criticism is that there was an overwhelming smell of very pungent air fresheners but obviously, most people wouldn't find that a problem. I would definitely recommend this...

"The hotel is in a good location , near the train station and surrounded by great bars and restraunts next to the canal . The hotel is very clean , the rooms are beautiful and the staff are excellent ! The sky bar is a must visit , the views from there are amazing ! I would highly recommend the breakfast 10/10. In my opinion the hotel is faultless ."

"Stayed in a two bedroom suite, with balcony. The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of available facilities. Greeted by very welcoming staff and given an overview of the hotels general facilities. Honesty bar was a first for me, with plenty of beverages to choose from. Parking was fully booked, but it was easy and fairly cheap to park on main road right outside hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The highlight for us were the friendly and helpful staff in every department from checking in, to the bar staff, breakfast staff and those in the Spa. We were very impressed, you choose your staff well, 1st class. We really enjoyed spending the day in the Spa, excellent pool. "

"Lovely hotel. Good value, friendly staff, rooms spacious, clean and comfy. Twin room had slightly larger than average single beds which was good. Choice of plugs/ports next to both beds which was useful. Convenient location for travelling by train. Would recommend. "
