"This is a 2 star hotel I packed cereal milk fruit chocolate rice pickles olives i want a meal the high bank hotel 17 July-19 July The name of the hotel does not match the condition of this hotel no kitchen is available to prep rice the bath panel is of the bath the tv had no aerial no connection i was being changed rooms they said they was unaware about the tv no connection no ariel the staff talked about someone will be setting the tv i walked down stairs no rooms was available i called...

"Excellent stay until check out. Had paid on arrival for the 3 rooms and parking. On check out I was then informed that there had been a mistake when we checked in and that I owed a further £3 for 2 of the rooms. Considering how much I had paid for 3 rooms with balcony for 2 nights and because it was the venues mistake it would have better customer service to write the £6 off."

"Was jumping in shower noticed no shampoo/conditioner or body wash anywhere in room, called front desk, took almost 1/2 hour to bring it to room. Called for room service for breakfast while I packed and worked and was told they are not doing room service because restaurant was busy with pre-paid breakfast guests. Asked for a late checkout 45 mins to 1hr max.. said fine but would charge me for it."

"No water pressure in the hotel whatsoever! We were on the third floor (2xfamily room) and neither room had pressure. We realised this was a bigger issue with the long queues at reception and many people complaining. When we asked for support the hotel staff were dismissive and said there is nothing they can do.
