"The hotel is good overall, the pools and facilities are excellent but the food and drink in the restaurants is pretty average. Also, they close the main pool area all day for private events which is annoying. "

Our 6 year old son had a fantastic time at the pools and playing in the games area with new friends. Nice and close to a small shopping centre if you want to step out. But not in an overly busy area. Perfect for families. "

"The bathroom was unclean including mildew in the shower and a broken/leaking shower head. At least 8 power cuts in a hour period in that building suggests electrical failings and poor safely standards. Despite “No Smoking” signs in the room, no smoke detectors were apparent. The bedrooms were above the open kitchen meaning excess noise and poor sleep. Given such protential fire hazards, no fire escapes / exits were noticeable. "The hotel was clean and the room was really nice. The only issue we had was the noise. Our room was situated above the bar/cafe at the front of the hotel. Constant scraping of chairs which seemed to echo, and the noise from Babushka's, over the road until the small hours as well as the entertainment in the hotel at night, was all a bit too much. And it has put us off staying in this hotel again. "

"The hotel itself is good. We had a large clean room on the ground floor. There was plenty of wheelchair access everywhere. The staff are really helpful and made us a 'breakfast picnic' we could collect the night before as we were leaving early the next morning before breakfast started. They were all really nice and polite. We were given 2 single beds. Mine was fine but my husband's was so noisy, every time he turned over in bed it made a really loud noise.
