"This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife. The hotel is spotless and the staff are fantastic. In particular Roberto at reception and Yenifer and Omar in the restaurant. "The staff at the resort was exceptional! We had a great time playing golf at the Abama course as well as relaxing at the different pools. There were always plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. My only real suggestions for improvement were a hole in the closet door that someone clearly had punched and a slow running toilet (which was immediately fixed after we reported it)."

"This was our 2nd visit to the hotel with our 3 year old. Clean room on arrival and room was cleaned every day new clean towels when requested, we took a spare absorbent sheet to put on our toddlers bed that was washed without being asked which was so kind, all staff very friendly, bar staff always happy to help, pool very clean and plenty of sun loungers all day so no need to go to the pool early in the morning to try and reserve sun beds. Lovely selection of food catering for all needs and dietary requirements. Arcades are great for kids and pool tables for adults. Photos can be taken by staff by pool and around the hotel but perhaps expect these to be done a little more professionally for the price. Minimum is €15 per photo with a minimum purchase of 5 if you also want these digitally. Pool towels are supplied with a deposit paid which is refunded at the end of your stay. Great selection of activities to choose from although we were a little disappointed that the soft play is no longer at this hotel. Evening entertainment is great although worrying that the disco and inside entertainment is over the safe decibel limit for children so this will need to be improved for us to return. Great experience"

"Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom floor in the main bathroom was dirty, cleaned it ourselves. No bar/snack bar open ,which we were not told about. Last year when we stayed it was open and you couldn't have your own food/drinks, so they need to sort out what the rules are. Pool is heated and good.sun lougers could do with replacing as they are very uncomfortable. Overall a pleasant stay for the price"
