"Had breakfast only once- as the lines were very long and I just went elsewhere. Got in line before it opened at 6:30 am- found it odd that the eggs were pretty hard already and the pancakes were rubbery as it had just opened. The vagaries of a buffet. The fresh fruit and bakery items were good. "

"I love this place this was our third time going here and we got an upgraded room that was on the rainbow tower one balcony on the rainbow tower side and one balcony facing the loogan it was wonderful The beach was great too loved the pool"

"Poor communication on their "shuttle" service . We signed up ahead of time they told us $10 a person , we waited patiently and 15 minutes after our scheduled time they still hadn't communicated that they were running late , we decided to get an uber instead which showed up in seconds . Their elevators didn't work half of the time . The beds were comfy but they need more organization knowing that they are dealing with cruisers and timelines Also coffee sucked , vending machines were overpriced and had horrible selections. Do better"

"So, there are three Hyatt's in San Francisco. My reservation was for the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, at Embarcadero Center. There is also a Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, and Hyatt SOMA. I asked if there was a hotel shuttle from the airport, for Hyatt Regency San Francisco, and was told yes. Apparently, the airport shuttle only goes to Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. So, it took me south not north. When I asked how to get to Hyatt Regency San Francisco, at Embarcadero, they said order a cab or Uber. Staff made no concern over my situation, which I am guessing is a not infrequent."

"Direct access to the beach, and beautiful pool with hot tubs. However, I expected transportation to and from the airport as it was announced online, but there was no shuttle at all for this hotel."
