"Very clean"

"For many years we had a condo diagonally across the Seattle Center, so we knew the area, but not the hotel. I booked a room there because we were attending a graduation ceremony at McCaw Hall and my husband cannot walk very far. We were surprised and pleased with just about everything. Just as I finished checking in, someone drove a UHaul truck through the driveway and broke an overhead sprinkler. Noise and chaos erupted. Water poured out of the sprinkler, and until the fire department...

"The check-in person was wonderful, explaining everything the hotel offered plus information about what was going on in the area. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, and breakfast was very good."

"The staff was very friendly. Our room was good….the sheer curtains were missing from half of the window though. However the blackout curtains were there and worked fine. We went during an orientation event and honestly it was fairly quiet considering how busy it had to be! We never made it down to the breakfast, but it was offered so that’s a plus if you have time to get there!"
