"Great Hostel, really clean and well organized for our after hours arrival. Had wished a bit more info on where to park due to no onsite parking available in the busy city centre of Queenstown."

"Pros: Clean, good wifi, ample parking, quiet neighborhood, spacious, enough toilets/shower. Cons: Corridors are too cold due to insufficient heating. Freezing when heading between showers/toilet/kitchen. Room heaters turn off every 2 hours or less. Kitchen only has 1 washing basin. "

"Overall good place but issues were as follows: - lockers in room were unusable as the beds backed onto the lockers so you couldn’t actually open the locker doors. This led to major storage issues in the 8 bed dorm and a rather cluttered room. - quite a walk into town compared with other places (I hurt my ankle on a trek though so may have felt longer than it actually was)"

"The property has all indicated amenities, in a previous review I indicated that the room was to cold, however after following up with a staff member, it was drawn to my attention that the room had a portable heater and she visited my room to set up same. The bed was very comfortable."

"You are asked to be quiet when entering the apartment as the staff sleeping area is next door but they sure not quiet when entering at all hours of the morning and evening 😂"

"I thought the staff lacking enthusiasm when approaching reception. Building is run down but everything was clean. We did however enjoyed the rules to do with noise and surprisingly everyone obeyed . "
