"Location convenience to train stations and shopping areas"

"This is not a 5-star hotel, 3-star at best! Let me break it down for you: Breakfast: no salt or pepper on tables, no napkins Rooms: small, no coffee maker, no soap ( just foam) or hand lotion, low quality shampoo and conditioner Location: not close to the big shopping centers in the north nor the Dotonbori area! Food: took 30 minutes for a sandwich and fries! And lastly, this is the first hotel I’ve ever been to that charged me for a late check out! Would definitely avoid this hotel! "

"Espectacular el hotel, su edificación es muy nueva, con decoración moderna, sobria, luminosa y con esculturas muy llamativas hacen que te quedes observando cada rincón del lobby. Las habitaciones espaciosas y muy luminosas...la ubicación es genial muy cerca de las entradas al subte y sobre todo el hotel se encuentra emplazado en una avenida de lujo, con consecionarios de autos de primer nivel, tiendas de marcas internacionales y a 10 cuadras nada más y nada menos que Dotonbori. ... !"

"We loved staying at this property. Very close to the train station and easily accessible. Staff was great and rooms were very modern and greatly maintained. Breakfast buffet was awesome."

"This is an older hotel that was taken over by the current owners and renovated it a little bit, but the staff was very friendly.And the amenities were nice.We had a late checkout time of two o'clock and there was a guest room with free snacks drinks, including beer, wine and liquor. The breakfast was probably the best I'd ever had in a hotel buffet. The french toast with truffle butter was amazing!"
