"Really nice place in the heart of Ortigia. Everyone super helpful. I recommend to book online for the puppet show."

"I enjoyed four unforgettable days exploring beautiful Ortigia -staying at the Grand Hotel Ortigia, which is a 5-star luxury hotel overlooking the harbor. It is just a short stroll to the must-see landmarks such as the ruins of the Temple of Apollo, the Aretusa Fountain, and the renowned Cathedral of Syracuse. it was built in 1890 and was completely renovated while preserving its classic old-world charm with marble floors, Corinthian columns, and beautiful art-filled common areas. "Very noisy. Overlooking busy street with seemingly no noise insulation whatsoever."

"Super friendly staff! The location is great - just 3 min walk to the nearest beach."

"Amazing place... everyone is so nice and professional... room was amazing and the view from the terrace incredible. Thx again will definately be back."

"Well run, family owned and operated, very nice property near south end of Otigia Island. Friendly, welcoming, and helpful wirh orientation to the island, restaurant recommendations and reservations, and transportation. Room was spacious, clean, well lit, and had a kitchenette. Breakfast on the upper floor terrace overlooks the sea. Many good, fresh, and tasty breakfast items including freshly squeezed orange juice, scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, many different homemade jams, yogurt, prosciutto,...

"Panoramic room was only if you stand up on the terrace. No window in room. Very little room. Toilets not flushing properly . We had to flush 2-3 time just to get paper down. At times had to use water from the sink to flush. Felt closed in with room. Only way to see out of room was up stairs to a terrace, and a sky light. Felt a little uneasy walking around at night, although we had no problem, Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good,"

"El apartamento super cómodo, moderno, limpio y la localización es excelente. El personal es super amable y el estacionamiento muy cómodo. Lo recomiendo y volvería a quedarme en el hotel sin dudarlo."

"The hotel is quite cool - looks unimpressive from the outside but inside the rooms are very modern and clean. We had 2 rooms on the top floor with skylights which had remote-controlled shades. We were given code access to get in - which was perfect as we arrived early and dropped our bags off. We were lucky to fin street parking just across the street from the hotel. The location was awesome. Right next to the bridge to Ortigia. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants near by. The staff...
