"The staff was exceptional and literally assisted us from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. A special gratzie to Paola for her knowledge, time, and care. Fresh water bottles were given every day which we have not found to be standard practice at other hotels, so was greatly appreciated. "The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. From check-in, wine on the terrace to the breakfast in the morning, we were given first rate service.
