"Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! "

"At first, I thought I had made the wrong decision when I saw the building from the outside. But once I entered the room, I realized it had everything I needed. It was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The surrounding area was quiet, with plenty of parking available. While Isla Ortigia was a bit far to walk, most other points of interest were within a 2 km radius. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay!"

"Had a warm welcome at arrival, with lots of useful information from passionate hosts. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped with big bathrooms and great inviting showers. Rooms had TVs with Amazon sticks so could log into streaming services in the evening, which was a nice touch, when it became too chilly to be out! Ortiga was beautiful, great food, lots to see and do. "
